Jobing Description

The Fort Worth Club is looking for a new Part-Time General Accounting Clerk!!!

General Responsibilities:

Assist with full process accounts payable/receivable

Member correspondence and customer service

Coding, issuing checks, filing and vendor communications

Verify and review invoices and vendor statements

Data entry (billing, cash receipts, other)

Monthly statement processing for >2000 accounts

Maintain reports and month end accruals

Miscellaneous billing transactions

General Office Tasks:

Mail metering, sorting and distribution

General data entry and filing

Coordinate copier, fax, postage meter service and support

Maintain office supply storage and distribution

Skills / Requirements

2+ years of office or CSR experience with accounting emphasis

Lives and breathes customer service

Strong record-keeping skills

Extremely detail-oriented and possesses the ability to multi-task

Friendly, helpful attitude and team-player

Looking for Part-time work

Good computer / data entry skills (10-key by touch)

Paid Parking is available in various locations as close as a block away. The employee entrance is located beside our loading dock on the North side of the building which faces Six Street. Enter through the door marked "Employee and Delivery". Go down the hall until you get to the security sliding glass window. Please do not go up the elevators.
