Job: Recreation Center Supervisor

The primary function of the Recreation Division is to provide a wide variety of activities designed to meet the leisure needs of the entire community for all ages.

The City of Mesquite is seeking a qualified Recreation Center Supervisor to lead, oversee and participate in the work of staff responsible for providing arts, crafts and other recreation services within the Recreation Division. The Recreation Center Supervisor will coordinate the youth after school program and the summer day camps.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in recreation administration, park and recreation management, physical education, or other related field.

Requires two (2) years of increasingly responsible recreation leadership experience.

Must possess a valid Class C Texas driver's license.

Must be available to work M-F 9am-6pm with some evenings and weekends as needed.
