Executive Administrative Assistant

Providing outstanding administrative support to a very busy top-level executive will offer you exposure to all aspects of the contact center outsourcing business, along with opportunities for growth in sales, technology or project management. This position requires excellent bilingual (Spanish/English) oral and written communication skills. Job Description Job Summary: Provides office support for and otherwise relieves executives of clerical work, minor administrative work and business details by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Coordinates an orderly flow of internal and external communications and independently composes and formats correspondence as well as edits and revises correspondence and other documents. - Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. - Answers and screens telephone calls and arranges conference calls. - Coordinates executive schedule and makes appointments and screens callers/visitors. - Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports. - Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. - Create and develop visual presentations, memos, reports, and proposals for use by executives. - Prepares expense reports and related documentation. - Provides information to clients, employees, prospective employees and vendors. - Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data, do word processing and prepare presentation materials. - Operates office equipment such as phone, fax, computer and copiers. - Greets and assists visitors; answers multi-line phones. - Supervisory Responsibilities: This job may supervise a few non-exempt employees, such as administrative assistants, receptionists, etc. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Experience Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
