EXPERIENCE: A successful past consultative sales history (3 years minimum) with 6 figure earnings plus. Must be extremely comfortable reaching out to new customers as well as possess a complete understanding of the consultative selling process. SKILLS: Broad knowledge of the training and workforce development sales process and knowledge of sales theory/skills is required. Excellent communications skills are required. Basic computer literacy required. Successful history in consultative sales an absolute must! RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be to sell CiNets e-learning solutions to businesses and public sector organizations. Specific job duties will involve prospecting for new business opportunities, generating leads, providing appropriate updates into company CRM, and closing sales that result in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You will be required to achieve 100% of quota through implementing creative sales strategies, performing customer needs analyses, identifying the decision maker, understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account, completing an account profile for each account, and identifying challenges within the account's document workflow.
