PHOENIX, AZ (March 30, 2006)--- Jobing.com, Arizona’s leading locally focused employment website, announced today the finalization of its partnership with the Arizona Association of Industries (AAI).  The parties will work together to promote a co-branded career center on the AAI website located at  www.azind.org providing the manufacturing community with a new source to find great employees throughout the State of Arizona.

"This partnership is announced with great excitement from Jobing.com," said Greta Suda, Director of Community Relations for Jobing.com.  Suda continued, "Arizona’s manufacturing sector is on the rebound and is undoubtedly a driving economic force once again.  We are delighted to work with AAI to provide an employment resource to this critical niche of local employers and employees."

Members of the AAI will network their job opportunities to a targeted group of local candidates. Visitors to the AAI website will access the job board from the site homepage and have the ability to search for and apply to local jobs. Candidates may also build a resume online or post an existing resume to the system, which will be searchable by employers. Jobing.com supports the AAI in offering a complete community portal by adding the new "career center" for member organizations and job candidates to promote and find local manufacturing positions in Arizona.

"AAI is dedicated to providing our members with the resources they need to strengthen performance and guarantee continued growth and success. One of the most wide spread problems that our member companies face is locating the skilled workers needed to excel in their high-tech manufacturing plants," said Stuart Banks, President of AAI. "With Jobing.com as the local leader in matching employers with qualified applicants, this partnership makes perfect sense. We are pleased to be able to help our member companies recruit top talent through this new affiliation."

About the Arizona Association of Industries
