Human Resources Executive to Drive Company's Largest Market, Build upon Dramatic Growth 

PHOENIX, AZ - June 20, 2006 - Jobing.com, a leading Phoenix provider of locally-focused job search and recruiting services designed to connect local employers and job seekers, announced today that it has named Sandra Vincent general manager of its Phoenix office. Ms. Vincent, MBA, PHR, joins Jobing.com after a stellar career in the human resources (HR) industry. She spent the past 11 years in senior HR management positions within various market sectors, including: health care, manufacturing, call centers, and retail. Most recently, she was appointed by the Governor's Office to the State Personnel Board. A past president of the East Valley Human Resources Association, Ms. Vincent also serves as the chair elect for the Arizona Society for Human Resource Management State Council and is a member of the Maricopa Community College District Advisory Committee.

In her new role, Ms. Vincent will drive the overall direction of Jobing.com's Phoenix sales team and will be instrumental in how the firm's product and service lines are positioned and delivered to target markets. In addition to overseeing all of Jobing.com's client relations and retention programs, she will also play an active role in community-based outreach programs through a variety of networking and volunteer functions.
