• Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience.
• 1 year Home Health experience required.
• References and background check required.

PRN Standard Skilled Visit rate: $30 per visit. 

Full Time/Per Visit Postion: Required to meet a minimum amount of visits per week.  Benefits available at 90 days as long as visit requirements per week are maintained.  Benefits include PTO, Medical, Dental Plan, and Supplemental Insurance. 401K options available also.
