Blog Post: Consider ALL the Possibilities

As you search for work, don't forget about all the talents you have that may not have been utilized in your last job.   If you have prior experience doing phone work in a call center or you have built fabulous websites for your friends, take a little time to look in those areas as well.  You might be surprised at the available positions  you find if you are open minded and look at a wider variety of jobs to see how your skills and experience might transfer. 

In some circumstances, if you are struggling to find employment that is a good fit, it is very effective to utilize a temporary service or to do project based work in order to provide some income and still enable you to look for a more permanent position.

Above all, stay focused and positive and never forget that you are a unique individual and that there is a place where your talents will be appreciated.  Don't give up!
