*Acute care exp.
*3-5 exp Medicare Home Health Management/QI exp.
*Good knowledge of Oasis documentation.
*ICD-9 coding exp.
*OBQI exp. a PLUS!!
*ADON or DON exp. a plus!
*Field Case Management exp. a plus!
*Team Player, ability to Mult-Task and positive attitude!




Skills/ Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years Nursing experience required.

Home Health Case Management/QI experience required.
