As an Account Manager, you would be tasked with generating new business contacts. Our unique business model and dramatically lower cost wins business from traditional contingency agencies every day, and your job is to help companies understand how our partnerships and years of experience can help them make better hires, faster, and for a lot less than they would pay other staffing agencies.

This is a fully commissioned role, in which you will earn what you are worth, and get out of it what you put in. Reasonable earning potential is $10,000-$20,000 in your second to third month, and $100,000-$150,000 in year one for individual with a proven track record in the staffing industry.  The Texas employment market is still #1 in the country and grows stronger everyday.  If you are a “hunter” with a proven sales record in the staffing industry then keep reading!

Your responsibilities as the Account Executive would include:

 

  • Prospecting, developing, negotiating, and close new and repeat business opportunities
  • Presenting to and work with C-level executives and mid-level managers – hiring manager and HR departments
  • Developing, forecasting and managing the your sales pipeline
  • Presenting candidates for the positions and working with the recruiters to fulfill your clients needs

    Requirements

    We’re looking for an individual with a highly professional demeanor and exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Sound like you? Other qualifications we’re seeking in the ideal candidate include:

  • Proven success and track record in the staffing industry doing sales or staffing business development (3+ years)
  • Experience in consultative solution selling
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with staffing, HR or employer services is a MUST
  • Employment agency sales experience is a MUST
  • Professionalism & Integrity
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
