Our  Irving , TX client is seeking a temp to possible hire Customer Service Representative.  In this role the representatives will be taking anywhere from 60-80 calls per day from clients and sales representatives.

Job Description:

Order entry

Order confirmation

Expediting orders

Other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a call center environment

Previous experience in a plumbing department required

MS Office experience

Oracle experience is a huge plus

Must have a good attitude, self motivated, hard worker, and posses a positive attitude
