Blog Post: Increase Applicant Flow! E-recruit!
posted Monday, March 30, 2009 1:16 PM
Daily I’m scratching my head over all the options to advertise and recruit passive and active job candidates over the internet. I mean how hard is it to find a job listing if you just google it. For example, I searched “Dallas account manager jobs” using Google and came up with 394,000 results in approximately 0.44 seconds. Pretty impressive huh. Actually, speaking as an occasional job seeker, these results are overwhelming and discouraging. As a recruiter or hiring company, these results are major competition for your qualified candidates. The question is how can we make this easy for everyone. One answer is to e-recruit. Simple. Brilliant. But what is it? E-recruit [ee-ri-kroot] – verb (used with and without object) 1. to engage in finding and attracting employees, new members, students, athletes, etc using electronic means specifically the Internet and email. Let Resource Communications Group help you e-recruit. We have the knowledge and know-how to direct clients to your jobs online. Start by setting up a Search Engine Recruitment campaign using career site optimization and pay-per-click advertisements. Then, we will drive search engine candidates to a custom landing page or microsite to promote a specific position and your company’s brand. And all you need to do is call RCG to get started today!
