Blog Post: RN Community Liason/Marketer for Home Care

As a RN Community Liason, you will be responsible for generating referrals for home care by building relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, long term care, independent communities and other community resources. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Familiarity with Medicare and Managed Care in the home care setting is a plus!

Skills/ Requirements

* 3-5 yrs Nursing Exp Required.
* Home Health Field and/or Case Management Exp.
* Recent Discharge planning or healthcare marketing in Dallas Metroplex
* Medicare and Managed Care in the home care setting a plus!
