Freedom Hospice approaches the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the patients we serve. We are dedicated to the relief of symptoms and the promotion of comfort. Our current staff that serves on the Freedom Hospice team has selected this practice area because they believe it is a special privilege to be a part of the process and transition that hospice patients and their family experience.

Currently we are looking to add more dedicated professionals to our team. We are seeking RN Case Managers who have a passion for patient care. Desired candidates must have an understanding that hospice care must be delivered according to accepted standards of practice, guided by the mission of the organization and the patient/family's needs and concerns.

We are looking to add professionals in the DFW metroplex specifically the southern sector of Dallas County, Hood County, and Tarrant County.

* Hospice experience is preferred but not required.
* Current unrestricted license needed.
