Thank you for submitting your resume to Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The-t). We appreciate that you took the time to express interest in joining our team. After applying, the first question that most applicants have is "What happens next?" Below is an outline of our selection process to help set your expectations.
The online assessment must be completed by all applicants in order to be considered for the position.
We will typically interview multiple candidates for each position before making a final selection decision and the entire process may take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. We ask that, in order to help all parties involved make a timely decision, you return calls from Fort Worth Transportation Authority staff as promptly as possible. This will ensure that we know that you still have interest in joining our organization. Because of the large number of individuals who apply to our organization, we unfortunately are not able to personally contact everyone. If you have not heard from Fort Worth Transportation Authority within 30 days of applying, you should assume that you are no longer in consideration for the position(s) to which you applied.
