Course Objectives:  This course is designed to be an interactive and multi-sensory learning experience.  Training techniques are both discussed and demonstrated simultaneously.

3. Generational learning differences and training technique for new generations

4. How and why “Old School “learning systems have evolved

5. Right Brain/Left Brain learning functionality and teaching techniques

6. Where do games fit, and how games can help us train

Gary Trotta is the CEO of Training Games Inc. an Arizona based corporation.  "Games to help trainers train." Gary has a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Psychology from New York State University at Geneseo. He has over 26 years of experience in corporate training and various corporate management positions. Gary consults and lectures on interactive training techniques focusing on the use of games to train. He considers himself a "Trainer" above all else.
