Yes of course Company should hire some fresh face because fresh candidates use more energy as compare old employee but it is also right that fresh candidates apply his mind to limited area of work. Old employee spent his more time for company growth. There are so many companies who are taking freshers. There are many website who gives the full information about the freshers and there are lots of consultancies in market who provide the full information with resume of fresher. I think if company hires freshers or give them first opportunity in his company, they will spend more time and they will be loyal with company.
