Unlike other car dealerships, new Sales Consultants get paid while they train and it is not uncommon for Sales Consultants to earn $100,000 there first year. The average Sales Consultant will earn over $60,000. The reason is, we don't flood the sales floor with Sales Consultants and we provide consistant training to help them reach their goals.
