The mission of the Texas Association of Staffing shall be to provide a unified voice for its members by representation to businesses, law makers, and the community at large and to provide leadership, guidance, and direction for the staffing industry through communication and education.

The Texas Association of Staffing was founded in 1976 and has made tremendous strides in improving the economic and political environment for the staffing industry.

Marsha Thomas, TAS President

Marsha has served on the Texas Association of Staffing Board of Directors since 1999.

Marsha is no stranger to the Staffing Industry and Business Community. Marsha has spent 21 years providing organizations searching for flexible and creative solutions to meet their strategic resource needs.

After a successful career as Regional President, Texas, Venturi Staffing Partners Marsha now works with COMSYS, Managed Solutions group.

Marsha assists organizations in the procurement, management, and coordination of labor and the optimization of processes surrounding service procurement. Helping companies achieve consistency in process, savings on spend, and improvements in contract services.

Marsha, her husband Bill, of 26 years, live in Carrollton, Texas with their two dogs Lucy and Ricky.
