Established in 1950, the IEC Fort Worth / Tarrant County Chapter is an association of independent electrical contractors dedicated to furthering the growth of the electrical industry through skilled manpower and the principles of free enterprise.

IEC has chapters at the local, state and national level. This combined affiliation provides a flexible and comprehensive package of programs and services for the electrical construction industry.

IEC has more than 70 chapters nationwide to meet the unique needs of its members. Each year more than 10,000 apprentices are trained at IEC facilities, providing a strong, reliable labor force for the electrical and systems contracting industry.

Electrical and systems contractors and their associates are eligible for membership. Contractors of all sizes will benefit from membership in IEC.

IEC is a unified voice that helps to support and advance industry needs and issues.
