Job Title: Beek & Wine Department Clerk
Department: Beer & Wine
Immediate Supervisor: Wine Steward

Job Summary:
Guest service is the number one priority of this position. The Wine Clerk is responsible for backroom organization, department cleanliness as well as product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains guest satisfaction and promotes sales.

Works hand in hand with the Wine Steward and Assistant Wine Steward.

Follow daily duties and ensures cleanliness and organization.

Performs stocking duties.

Greet and speak politely with every guest on premises.

Other duties as assigned by management.
