Jobing Description

The Replenishment Driver’s primary job function is to put away and retrieve product from back stock locations for the Receiving and Stocking departments

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Operate a forklift to move and put away product. Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment reports and various request for needed product

Move product by hand, truck, or forklift equipment to maintain continuous flow of product

Change forklift batteries and fill batteries with water before using the lift to ensure equipment is in good condition

Communicate with supervisor/lead for lane assignments and report any issues to management that could result in process delays, safety issues, or anything else that would cause loss to the company or its associates.

Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily goals are obtained or exceeded in keeping a steady flow of work moving through the department. Willingly perform any other task requested by a Lead, Supervisor, or Management when needed to help achieve balance of flow.

Follow all known safety procedures and utilize good judgment at all times

Skills / Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

Be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Communicate effectively with management and co-workers

Must be a team player; flexible, dependable and cooperative

Ability to work under demanding time constraints and workflow

Ability to work as scheduled to meet company attendance standards, including extended hours as required during peaks

Organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities in order to meet established deadlines.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over head, bend, stoop, reach with arms and hands; climb ladders
