Job: Investor Accounting and Reporting Manager

Acqura a Vantium Capital Company is a speciality Loan Servicing Company located in Plano is expanding and creating an Investor Accounting and Reporting Function.

This position provides mangement and oversight to the Company's investor reporting function.

The successful candidate will be interacting with internal and external customers including Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Cashiering, Loan Servicing and External Investor personnel. Duties and responsibilities include:
* Performing monthly investor reports per investor agreements and established cycles.
* Coordinates remittances to investors in accordance with guidelines.
* Developes and implements Agency IR capabilities.
* Reconciles key investor financial accounts on timely, periodic and accurate basis for Recovery and Servicing Investors.
* Performs Ad-hoc analytics for investors as requested.
* Point person and gatekeeper for all Investor accounting related communications with Investors.
* Utilizes knowledge of mortgage servicing operations to interpret impact on investor accounting statements and remittances.
* Daily makes decisions required to support required functionality of area.
* Reads, understands, interprets and implents appropriate procedures related to complex legal documents such as PSA's.
*Assures adherance to Investor contracts and agreements.

This Position requires :
1.) Extensive knowledge of mortgage loan servicing operations including:
* Loan Administration * Advances Functionality
* Escrow * Investor Accounting and Reporting
* Default Management * Understanding of "on" versus "off" book accounting
2.) Mathematical reasoning including strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Finance/Accounting.
3.)Strong proven written and verbal communication skill. Ability to deal effectively with
internal sources as well as internal and external customers.
4.) Flexible decision maker capable of making decisions and problem solving paying attention.
to detail and adherence to Investor contracts and agreements.
5.) Four year degree in Finance/Business preferred.
