Job: Electricians

ELECTRICIANS
Poly-America, L.P., is a leading manufacturer and recycler of plastic, producing several product lines, all within the polyethylene family. The group of companies produces polyethylene construction film, high quality trash bags, and geomembrane liners.

We are currently accepting applications for a qualified Electricians. Some industrial experience coupled with a mechanical aptitude preferred.

Typical duties include:
• Installing and repairing electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment.

Requirements
The qualified candidate will possess:
• Good mathematical skills
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and equipment manuals
• Working knowledge of AC/DC drives and motors
• An understanding of PLC programming and digital/analog circuitry
• Experience with high-speed equipment
