Job: Seasoned Escrow Officers

Our client, a nationwide title company located in North Dallas, is seeking several Seasoned Escrow Officers for their growing team. Qualified candidates will have an established book of business and will currently be closing 20 files a month.

The position of escrow officer completes real estate transactions by determining requirements; clearing title issues; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; disbursing funds; completing post closing and service functions.

Contacting clients, following-up on leads and explaining services

Determining escrow requirements by studying and clarifying buyer, seller and lender instructions

Clearing title by ordering payoffs and resolving title defects

Reviewing documents with parties, explaining policies and procedures, answering questions, reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy and obtaining signatures

Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, both internal and external

Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and challenges
