Job: Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager who takes pride in his work and enjoys being part of a team. This position is based in our Dallas, Texas location.

Major Functions and Scope of Position:
•Oversees the maintenance of the warehouse and warehouse related equipment.
- Includes performing a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, and restock.
- Includes receive and unload inbound material, load outbound shipments, and distribution of material within the warehouse.
- Schedules trucks to meet operational needs and follow DOT regulations.
- Maintains warehouse equipment and ensure inspections and sign-offs are performed daily.
•Trains Warehouse Staff in operational procedures. Develops the employees of the branch through training, coaching and performance evaluation.
•Ensures that established inventory control procedures are followed.
•Schedules personnel to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the branch.
•Operates forklift equipment according to established safety guideline.
•Maintains a safe working environment.
•Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc.
•Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years of related supervisory experience.
Extensive product knowledge of tile/granite.
Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds.
Must be able perform basic math functions and complete paperwork accurately.
Working knowledge of Dept of Transportation (DOT) and CDL requirements a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
