Job: MITS Van Drivers --- Looking for Customer Service People will teach driving

The T has immediate openings for Full Time MITS (Mobility Impaired Transportation Service) Drivers to safely transport MITS passengers door to door. The successful candidates will possess the following minimum requirements and must be able to work a rotating schedule.

Duties will include; reporting to duty promptly in proper uniform, transporting passengers with disabilities, utilizing correct safety procedures to operate equipment, handling passengers in courteous, efficient and sensitive manner.

-Valid driver's license for at least three (3) years
-No more than 1 moving violation within the last three (3) years
-High School Diploma - must provide copy
-At least 21 years old
-Ability to work a different schedule each day to accomodate the changing need of our customers
-Must pass written portion of CDL B (with passenger endorsement) and obtain permit *(A free workshop is scheduled for November 9th, 11th and 12th from 7:00pm - 9:00pm for applicants with customer service backgrounds who would like help studying for the CDL. -Ability to pass complete reference, motor vehicle, criminal, and drug and physical background checks
-Must have A++ customer service skills and deliver safe, courteous and dependable transportation service
-Verifiable and stable work history
-A knowledge of the Fort Worth, Richland Hills and Blue Mound area is helpful
-Bilingual is a plus
