SALES ROLE

We are currently looking for Experienced Brokers. Candidates should have a current book of business with gross profit of at least $15K per month. These candidates will be able to bring current business that they have to the company as well as gain new business. Candidates should be able to provide proof of their client list and any other requested documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Continue business with existing accounts

Generate New Business from Prospecting and Cold Calling

Make Persuasive Presentations

Develop and Maintain Accounts through Relationship Selling

Manage Multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency

Negotiate price and contract agreements

Follow through and Account Management

Focus and Commit to Customer Service

Ideal Candidates will have:

A current book of business

Previous Sales Experience (cold calling and inside sales)

Self Motivation and Competitive Drive

Strong Work Ethic

Heavy Negotiation Skills

Great Telephone Presentation and Communication Skills

Experience in Aggressive Sales or Transportation a PLUS
