Job: Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor with experience working in the transportation industry for our Justin, Texas Customer Service Center. This position will report to the General Manager. In this role you will be responsible for supervising the driver workforce; coordinating the daily operations (driving, routing, and vehicle activities) necessary to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction; interacting and attending meetings with School District Representatives; coordinating operations activities with the Safety Training Supervisor and/or General Manger; ensuring appropriate, accurate routing materials are developed and available to the Drivers; serving as a Cover Driver, Router, and/or Dispatcher as needed; and overseeing some of the center’s administrative functions.

Requirements Include:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
· 5 or more years of work experience required, with 3 or more years of work experience in the ground transportation industry preferred
· 1 or more years of supervisory experience
· Class B CDL and bus permit
· Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
· General math skills with strong attention to detail
· Mapping and routing skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills with well developed written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent customer service and employee relations skills
· Ability to work in a consistently fast-paced environment
