Jobing Description
Receive incoming calls from FSA or COBRA participants in order to answer questions related to their coverage, claims, reimbursements and administration. Maintain high level of customer service while maintaining a high number of incoming calls and an average speed per call consistent with the participant needs.
Skills / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must possess strong customer service experience in a call center atmosphere. Must have proper telephone etiquette and have an ability to remain calm under high-pressure telephone situations. Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of COBRA or Section 125 and Section 132 is a plus.
