Jobing Description
Exhibit leadership and achieve expected goals of customer satisfaction and client retention. Effectively communicate with external and internal clients as well as team members; review process and procedures routinely making recommendations as needed for any enhancements/improvements that allow for efficiency and/or process improvement gains. Coordinate with internal and external customers to assure service deliverables are met and provide value added solutions to meet those expectations.
Skills / Requirements
Must possess strong client service/account management experience. Knowledge of COBRA/ HIPAA and/or Flexible Benefit Administration. Ability to work independently and assess situations quickly and make logical and appropriate decisions. Self motivated, flexible, team player, able to persuade others to achieve desired outcomes and embrace accountability. Ability to manage customer service requests effectively; exhibit professionalism at all times. Must be proficient in MS Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Some college coursework and a minimum of 2 years related business/ industry experience required.
