Job: Account Manager - COBRA

• Provide leadership and establish successful relationships with CONEXIS’ largest revenue generated clients for the purpose of client retention, revenue retention, and customer satisfaction. Schedule standing meetings with clients to review issues and provide updates regarding new products/enhancements to CONEXIS services. Manage client account to assure performance metrics are met on a monthly basis. Assist client and CONEXIS operations to make necessary service enhancements and process improvements to increase annual revenue. Provide leadership in managing and monitoring an escalation list/process for both Clients and Client Services. Manage contract renewal, coordinate possible up-sell opportunities and new client developments

• College degree or a minimum of 3 years related business/industry experience required. Previous account management and health care benefits experience a plus. Must have knowledge of COBRA/HIPAA laws and Section 125 regulations and be able to guide employees appropriately in the administrative process of the CONEXIS process and services. Provide leadership and present interpersonal and consultative skills needed to effectively manage both internal and external clients. Ability to develop corrective strategies and assist in presenting and directing same. Develop and maintain effective business and personal relationships with clients and management. Implementation experience is a strong plus.
