SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for overseeing and organizing National Sales projects, including assisting in compiling National Sales reporting, such as the Broadview University (BU) report, BU feedback report, and Sales Manager rankings, as well as developing detailed project schedules and milestones based on the objectives of each project and timing requirements. In addition, this position will work closely with other resources throughout the company to ensure that projects and analysis are completed and delivered in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare and track progression of all projects and report project status to appropriate stake holders * Prepare statistical reports relating to sale efficiencies * Develop, administer, track, and analyze results for National Sales promotions * Design and maintain a web based training platform for field sales representatives * Maintain and update National Sales intranet site * Facilitate on-going updates of all National Sales documents * Assist in compiling all policy revisions, sales bulletins, and updated sales facing materials * Review for accuracy and document all training materials and sales documents * Facilitate production of Inside Sales News Letter and Best Practice DVD series * Assist with preparing Sales Manager conferences and General Manager/Sales Manager training classes * Perform special projects and other duties as assigned Skills / Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) required. College degree preferred. A minimum of four years project coordinating, administrative, or relevant business and/or training experience required. Working knowledge of Mastermind and SCS a plus. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be a strong communicator and possess excellent written skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical manuals and procedures, financial policies and pronouncements, and government regulations. Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups within and outside the company. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, and problem solve. Ability to interpret data for reporting purposes. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Proficiency with computer hardware components and software packages, especially Microsoft Office products. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Must be flexible and possess excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and confidentiality a must.
