Job: Sous Chef / Line Cook

The Fort Worth Club is looking for an Sous Chef / Line Cook to support the Grill Chef and Executive Chef in food preparation for our a la carte kitchen. This culinarian will also assist with food production tasks for restaurants and assure that quality and cost standards are consistently attained.

We are looking for someone who knows what it means to go the extra mile and is willing to grow and learn from our professional chefs, including our Executive Chef, Timothy Prefontaine who is a gold medal winner of the 2008 ACF Culinary Olympic Team. The Fort Worth Club is an established leader when it comes to fine dining in the Metroplex, and we are looking for more culinarians to join our team in preparing the famous specialties that the Fort Worth Club is so well known for.
