Job: Executive Steward (Dishwasher)

Our Stewards keep our culinary operation running. Our Executive Steward is responsible for working alongside those he/she supervises. Our Steward team focuses primarily on keeping the kitchen clean and running smoothly, as well as protecting thousands of dollars of china, silverware, and cookware. They wash dishes, prep food, plate up meals before large events, and other cleaning duties. This is a fast paced position that will involves constant employee interaction and is a vital part to culinary department.

Other duties include but are not limited to: checking and cleaning kitchen machines, distributing clean equipment, monitoring floor drains and baskets, cleaning all food and beverage areas, some food prep, and anything else assigned by management.
