Job: Field Marketing Coordinator

Robson Ranch-TX is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordiantor. The marketing coordinator will be responsible for marketing efforts and event planning at Robson Ranch. Primary job tasks will entail working with the corporate marketing staff to execute the marketing campaigns that have been approved; establishing and working with PR and advertising agencies and local media partners to ensure campaigns are running appropriately. This position will also work with the local sales teams to monitor traffic and analyze data to make recommendations on marketing campaigns. Will perform other duties as assigned.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:
2-5 years marketing experience with a homebuilder or real estate developer
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
