Job: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting Customer Service Representatives for our inbound call center with schedules working Monday-Friday ONLY! We are located near the DFW Airport, off of Hwy 183 and 360.

$12.12 per hour for bilingual candidates

•Full-Time Regular benefits include company paid employee health, dental and life insurance, as well as 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days and 10 holidays.

•The successful candidate must possess typing/computer keyboard proficiency, as well as effective communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, obtain a government security clearance and pass a drug screen. The government security clearance requires a criminal background check, credit check, and verification of U.S. citizenship.

•Must also be able to work in a structured, disciplined, professional environment where good attendance is required. Experience in call center or professional phone is a plus.
