Jobing Description

The Kitting Associate’s primary responsibility is to properly package refurbished gaming systems, controllers, cables and accessories and prepare them for acceptable presentation at the stores.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Ensure that gaming systems, controllers, cables and accessories are packaged according to quality and production standards

Maintain accurate records of activities and prepare reports for supervisors and management

Communicate any issues to management that could result in process delays, safety issues, or anything else that would cause loss to the company or its associates.

Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily goals are obtained or exceeded in keeping a steady flow of work moving through the department. Willingly perform any other task requested by a Lead, Supervisor, or Management when needed to help achieve balance of flow.

Follow all known safety procedures and utilize good judgment at all times

Skills / Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

Communicate effectively with management and co-workers

Must be a team player; flexible, dependable and cooperative

Ability to work under demanding time constraints and workflow

Ability to perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Dexterity/Ability to utilize writing utensils (pen/pencil), calculators, small hand-held tools, manual razors and other mechanical/electrical equipment without assistance

Ability to work under minimal supervision
