Jobing Description

We are currently looking for a Loss Prevention Agent (LP Agent).

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business needs require:

Responsible for access control in the DC, corporate office, and docks.

Oversee physical security of the corporate, DC, and exterior perimeter.

Monitor, and operate CCTV equipment

Enforce company policy, and procedures.

Identify acts of internal dishonesty in accordance with company policy.

Conduct investigations, and surveillances to identify causes of D.C. shrink.

Identify safety hazards, and communicate issues to management

Skills / Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, education and/or ability required for this position.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/ABILITIES

Knowledgeable in CCTV operations

Ability to control, and direct high volumes of traffic

Work with minimal supervision

Working knowledge of Loss Prevention investigation techniques

Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, corporate, and D.C. employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma required

Loss Prevention background preferred

Military/Security background a plus
