Our Senior Records Clerks schedule and monitor employee work hours, work assignments, meetings and vacations.

What you'll do as an AT&T Senior Records Clerk:

Monitor employees' adherence to work schedules on an AT-1000 computer system
Calculate, prepare, maintain and analyze complex data
Research and resolve issues
Provide administrative support including arranging meetings and conference calls

In addition to STRONG communication skills, our Senior Records Clerks must have:

Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
The ability to work evenings, Saturdays and overtime as required
Satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
Qualification on pre-employment screening:

Telephone Ability Battery (TAB)
Typing - Level 2
Keyboarding Skills Test (KST)- Level 2
Word Skills - level 1
Excel Skills - Level 1
