U.S. Renal Care, Inc. (“USRC" or the “Company") which was founded in 2000, acquires, develops and operates dialysis centers in joint venture partnership with nephrologists in their local markets across the United States. The company’s clinics provide in-center hemodialysis and at home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services related to end stage renal disease (“ESRD"). In addition, the company also manages several acute setting dialysis programs in conjunction with local community hospitals.

We currently have a career opportunity for you to join one of our North Texas clinics as a Charge Registered Nurse (Nocturnal).

Charge Registered Nurse (Nocturnal)

Position Summary:
The Charge Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision and supervision of all patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Assigning staff to patient care and other duties
• Helps coordinate coverage of center staff to ensure compliance with state regulations and effective patient care
• Make charge nurse rounds during treatments and ensure accuracy of dialysis prescription
• Assist physician during patient rounds, communicate accurate and pertinent information to the responsible physician and staff
• Assist administrator in implementing and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures of the facility
• Updates all logs and insuring that dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing

Qualifications:
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as an Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
• CPR Certification required
• 12+ months nursing experience preferred
• Minimum of 6 months hemodialysis experience within the last 2 years preferred or a RN who holds a current certification from a nationally recognized board in nephrology nursing or hemodialysis may substitute the certification, if obtained within the last 2 years.


Skills / Requirements
