Job: School Bus Driver

At Durham School Services, everything we do is graded on the performance of our front line
drivers. We heavily invest resources in driver recruitment and training because good drivers are

Skills / Requirements .
Valid applicable state license and other required certification to operate company vehicles.

Must satisfactorily complete and pass all training and attend saftey meetings and in-service
meetings in order to remain qualified.

Ability to lift and assist students when necessary, must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Must practice defensive driving at all times and avoid vehicular and industrial accidents by
practicing safe driving and work habits.

No Experience Required

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass a substance abuse screening; and
as a safety-sensitive employee, will be subject to random substance abuse screenings under
Company policy.

Class B CDL with a (P) Passenger and an (S)School Bus Driver endorsements

CDL and Endorsements
