Job: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will assist the Manager of Housekeeping with keeping The Fort Worth Club's well known tradition of high standards and individualized attention with dedicated service. We are looking for the right individual to help take us to the next level in the Housekeeping department and through our new hotel renovations. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will assist in the selection, training and development of employees with an eye toward maximum employee satisfaction, productivity and tone and quality of service, as well as supervise the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms and public areas. This position will assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take appropriate action. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will be assigned evenings and is required to work closely with the front desk, engineering, courtesy, and food and beverage staff. This position is a "working" position and will require the manager to clean assignments as well. This individual will also be asked to assist with scheduling, budgeting, and inventory. There is opportunity for advancement.

•At least 2-years of full-service housekeeping experience
•Management experience not required, but a plus
•Strong communication skills and the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
•Strong customer service skills
•Math skills to complete inventory and budgets accurately
•Administration/Clerical/Secretarial /Computer experience required
•Must be able to stand/walk up to 6-8 hours per day
•Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
•Willing to work evenings and weekends
•Spanish preferred
