The City of Fort Worth Municipal Court is seeking a qualified candidate to provide administrative and financial management support to the Administration of the Municipal Court Services Department. Duties include but are not limited to assisting with the preparation of State reports, credit card reconciliations, bank posting verifications, processing NSF checks. Will serve as the primary contact for payroll processing within the department, provide support to the Senior Accountant and provide department budget support.

Associates Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Accounting, Finance or related field PLUS three (3) years of increasingly responsible technical accounting experience involving customer accounts, collections and billing, and setting up service.

60 credits from an accredited college or university in the field of business, finance, accounting, and/or public administration may be substituted for an Associates Degree.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and preparing financial reports preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Must pass Computerized Office Skills exam with a minimum score of 70.
