Job: Call Center Consultant

Responsibilities:

Generate new customer sales via qualified inbound leads (NO COLD CALLS)

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience

Identify and overcome enrollment obstacles or objections

Drive growth by meeting sales goals and objectives as established by management team

Close sale over the phone

Manage prospects and pipeline

Complete, process, and maintain applicable database records

2+ years of sales experience a must or

Bachelor’s Degree required with no sales experience

Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & Web based applications

Must be dynamic, driven, and self-motivated

Must be patient and flexible, with great sales skills

Bilingual a plus; not required
