Job: Bankruptcy Attorney

General practice law firm in Dallas seeks to add to their Bankruptcy team. Firm is also willing to hire individuals within any practice group with 400k+ in portables and aggressive, forward-thinking business plan.

The firm appreciates individuality and is seeking to hire a Bankruptcy Attorney with an existing client base to take on a leadership role within the department. Firm focus is both in litigation and corporate work. Atmosphere is “old-fashioned” with an emphasis on team work as well as individual performance. Position offers a great salary as well as year-end bonus.

Focus of the Bankruptcy Attorney will be in large, complex Chapter 11 reorganizations – prefer a minimum of seven (7) years prior experience. Attorney must be licensed and in good standing in Texas with a minimum of 400k+ in portables as well as an aggressive business plan to reflect desire and ability to increase. Must also have a history of high annual billing – firm is very busy so it will not be difficult to reach/maintain billables. Firm needs someone who works well with clients and co-workers at all levels and who is not afraid to “dig in” and go above and beyond with a proven track record and ability to be a team player.
