Job: Litigation Attorney - Labor and Employment (Partner Level)

Dallas firm is seeking an experienced partner-level Labor & Employment Attorney to join their well-established, mid-sized, friendly, multi-practice firm. Attorney must be willing to engage in business development activities for the firm in order to grow the practice and the firm as a whole. Substantial portable book of business is required (minimum of 400k).

Focus will be assisting corporations and business owners in their day to day labor law issues. Will counsel clients about hiring and firing, develop employee benefit structures, draft non-competition clauses, and lead any and all litigation arising for clients. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven (7) years experience within multiple industries - both union and non-union entities.

Salary is dependent upon experience level, portable business, previous billables, and academic credentials which must be excellent. Firm will only hire attorneys who work well within a team and with all staff levels. Will also consider attorneys within other practice areas with portable business.
