Job: Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Dallas Construction Firm seeks a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager; bilingual is a plus. The Bookkeeper / Office Manager must have previous experience in the construction industry working with sub-contractors, vendors, and the company CPA. The Bookkeeper / Office Manager will support partners; however you must be able to work independently as most employees are in the field. Duties include office organization, ordering supplies, AP/AR, Journal Entry, Reconciliation, Sales, Employer and Property Taxes, as well as year-end corporate tax compilation for CPA. Confidence and strong communication skills are an absolute must in this position.
