Job: Top-Notch Litigation Legal Secretary for a Top Dallas Firm

Downtown Dallas law firm is seeking an ultra-professional and highly skilled Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of five (5) years experience to join their team. Legal Secretary will be working on general litigation, Intellectual property litigation and some class action matters. This top-notch Legal Secretary must be energetic, bright and work at a very high-level. Attention to detail and great proofreading skills are a must, and if you have some exposure to Intellectual Property – that is a huge bonus. Legal Secretary will support three (3) attorneys, and job duties include but are not limited to answering attorneys’ phones, typing and revising documents and pleadings, communicating with the courts and clients, E-filing, calendaring, proofreading, copying and daily filing.

Excellent typing skills and a high skill level in Word, Excel, ProLaw, and Elite required.

Salary is up to 60K depending on experience level.
