Location: Tarrant County, Texas

Oversees Tarrant County's clinic based H1N1 vaccination campaign and all of its related day to day program operations. Responsible for the logistics, coordination and scheduling of H1N1 contract staff during scheduled or emergency initiated Public Health H1N1 Preparedness events. These events will be located at local clinics across the county. Grant funded.

Develop and implement plans, guidelines, policies, procedures and manuals related to H1N1 vaccination campaign. Provide supervision and support to contract staff at H1N1 clinic sites. Conduct mass H1N1 vaccination clinics at eight (8) public health clinics across Tarrant County. Supervise, coordinate and schedule contract clinic staff during accelerated H1N1 vaccine clinics. Coordinate with local governmental entities and other community organizations; plan and implement regularly scheduled or emergency initiated public health preparedness activities related to H1N1 clinic site vaccinations. Act as on-site H1N1 subject matter expert, working in coordination with multiple on-site Preparedness partners (local government/municipalities representatives, 1st responders, community agencies, schools and businesses). Logistically plan to ensure sufficient quantities of vaccine, medical or general supplies or protective equipment is on hand for public heath response worker for mass immunization campaigns. Provide H1N1 related training and support to H1N1 contract staff. Minimum Requirements: To apply, must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Emergency Management, Public Health Administration, Science, Nursing, Sociology, Humanities or Psychology
OR
To apply, must have an Associate's Degree in Emergency Management, Public Health Administration, Science, Nursing, Sociology, Humanities or Psychology + five (5) full-time years of work experience in the same areas as listed above.

Skilled in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.&

Strong written and oral communication skills is required.&

Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple distractions is important.
